In 1997, Joe Hubeny graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and passed the CPA that same year. Joe started this hands on, family oriented company in 2005 after 8 years in the corporate arena; including 3 years in International Finance at Leo Burnett USA and 5 years in International Taxes at Ernst & Young LLP. Joe has always had a passion for real estate, and with the CPA background, it was an easy transition to crunching the numbers on the many different real estate investment & purchase opportunities.

Joe specializes in all facets of Commercial Property transactions. Joe has assisted in the successful purchase of more than $12,000,000 in commercial property acquisition and syndication, and assisted in the sale of over $5,000,000 in commercial property in the last 4 years. Joe currently manages more than 200 apartment units in Chicago, the suburbs of Chicago and Iowa. In addition, Joe specializes in the leasing and management of office space & strip centers throughout the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.

Joe was born and raised in Westmont, IL and has lived in Chicago for 12 years, and an overall 33 years of life experience in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. With an office in Westmont and current resident of Chicago, Joe offers a great knowledge of both areas as a one stop shop for all people whether they are looking to relocate to the area, purchase or sell their home or hit a home run with their next investment property-big or small!
